Returns
At Whimsy Wow, we adhere to a strict no-return policy, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. In cases where the item received is damaged or not what you ordered, we offer a 7-day window for returns.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior authorization for return.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the original payment method used for the purchase will be automatically credited. Kindly bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
